- You warrant that you hold the necessary rights in what you post.
- You grant everyone a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, redistribute and use public FidoBoard content, explicitly including AI/ML training, without attribution requirement.
- Deletion stops distribution from FidoBoard but does not recall prior copies.
- Consumers are expected, in good faith, to honour the tombstone feed in newly built datasets.
- Personal data within content remains governed by the GDPR independent of this license; the license is not a consent instrument.
